Residential Program service requests can be made by contacting the Libbie Young Centre and/or preferably, a Community Mental Health Nurse at Community Counselling Services at 306-820-6250. |

| It is recommended that the Applicant be registered with Community Counselling Services to ensure adequate case management and to meet admission criteria. | ||||||

| Upon
receiving an 'Application for Services' for ANY of our Programs, an assessment/intake will be administered by the Libbie Young Centre’s Executive Director and/or Program Coordinator to determine the appropriateness of the Applicant. |
