The Libbie Young Centre is a non-government, non-profit, community-based organization that has been providing service to residents of Lloydminster since 1983. The Center is operated by an Executive Director who reports to a volunteer Board of Directors.

The role of the Libbie Young Centre is to provide support services to adults living with mental illness so that they may apply their own personal skills and abilities to gain greater self-reliance and live as independently as possible in the community.
